A Worthless Fellow

Now Sheba was a worthless fellow, A Benjamite who blew the trumpet real good. Said, “We got no portion with King Dave! To your tents, you men, everyone!” Then David locked up his concubines; (3) Had to break out and get on the run! A wise woman called, “Hear, hear!” “Come here that I may speak with you! (16) Are you Joab?” said she. “I am” said he (17) “Go ahead.  You can talk to me.” “Why destroy a mother in Israel?” said she (19) “Nuh uh” said he.  “Far be it from me! But there’s a bad cat called Sheba The son of a guy by the name of Bichri Done lifted up his hand against the king, A downright rebellion thing!” (21) Well, they cut off that rebel’s head And threw it right over the wall! (22) And that was the end of it all.
