“Homelessness”

14 March, 2020

It is not any more or less respectable than joblessness or “friendlessness.” The underlying question is, “Why?”  Is a vagrant’s vagrancy a result of a calamity or a product of dereliction of duty?   Does the vagrant have no friend because his is a friend to no one?  Or is all the world malicious and void of benevolent people?

We all suffer consequences from the Fall. We have“shitty” circumstances that we inherited – indeed!   And yet, we are accountable and must answerto God for doing the right thing!

The right thing is not to wander about as a derelict.  “Hoboing” or vagabondage is notlegitimate. No work, no eat, says God.
