Saw that Blue Jay flyin’ around, He was lookin’ for some eggs to steal. He was in a bind; He was way behind, Lookin’ for an easy meal. Saw him a Cardinal in the sky, Figured there must be some food. Well I chased him away For another day. Ain’t gonna get no eggs From those pretty little birds in red. “Go on and fly away!” That’s all I’m gonna say!
