The Cause of the Plague

To the extent that we might interpret this Corona Virus –albeit by the help of sound theological outlook -yea without special claim toprophetic insights  – to be a genuineplague brought to us personally by the Almighty, it would behoove us to takestock of our national selves and consider what it might be that we are doing ortolerating that would bring on such a calamity.

Hmm, somehow sodomy and abortion come to mind!  (Whence came such notions?)  Might we consider re-criminalization of thatwhich the Almighty deems abomination?

Hmm.  Simpleenough.  Cease indulging in or toleratingthat which He hates!  Imagine that.  It is worth a think.  

On the assumption that God has something to do with theweather, political events, and international relations along with everythingelse, we may assume He has something to do with this plague.  Hmm.  Iwonder what it might be. . .  Hmm, thereis old story that comes to mind. . . Yes, yes, the flood!  (But what is the connection?   Hmm. Let us ponder the question a moment. . . Hmmm.)

Ah!  Toleration ofsodomy and abortion!  Yes, that’sit! 

So, the solution to the problem, i.e. the means to relieffrom this judgment, is repentance!  Yes,a change in hearts and political policy. 

We just say no to blatant and publically approved sin, andwe must recriminalize immoral and (indeed) criminal behavior.
