A Genuine Sinner

Yeah, I’m a genuine sinner, More concerned about my dinner Than the locale of an eternal soul. (Like some soup in a bowl, I treat another person’s “fate.”) Am I about love or hate?! Do I care about the one going down? More than a “smirky” frown? If there is a salvation worth declaring, They why am I so erring, Failing to declare that Word? Is this behavior not absurd? Deliver me that I may shine, Putting words and deeds above wine. Yeah, He’s a supralapsarian Savior; Got it all under control. Don’t have to worry ’bout a thing He’ll make a dead man rise and sing. 0905 on 29 Sept., 2023
