All Things Must Pass

They all pass away: Youth, possessions, good looks. Children grow up and find their way, And we are left to spend the day Pursuing the same course, But with fewer in the company. And yet that company is not so small! The Church of God is international And full of many members All sharing that eternal glory And fellowship with Him and His own. Time is His to give to us And such is given with a trust That we use it well and always tell Of the One who saves from hell.
