Fad, not comfort, rules! Indeed do we bow to the trend; Not to our own pleasure bend. We wear tight belts or pinned up hair; Might even leave our arms bear, If showing the shoulder is in. Yeah, we are driven by popularity; Want someone to think we’re pretty. Oh what a creature is man (and woman!) Don’t forget those women, now! To their whims we often kow-tow.
