Finger Rings and Nose Rings

(Is. 3:32 – 4:1)

Finger rings, nose rings Festal robes and tunics Many purses, undergarments, turbans and veils; Dressed up all pretty, but it’s all in vain. The Lord gonna bring ’em all some pain! Tellin’ you now, it’s gonna stink; Those balding heads will turn pink! (24) You know it’s sackcloth and ashes for you;’ With fine clothes and beauty, you’re through! Your men are will fall by the sword. (25) A mess o’ folks gonna die; a real horde! Your gates ain’t gonna smile no more ‘Tis what you get when you play the whore! In that day seven women will grab one man: “Say!  We’ll eat our own bread An’ even wear our own clothes! Please! Just take away our reproach! Tell us what to do; be our coach!”
