To the tune of “Merry Month of May”

Went out on a date one day Wouldn’t have it any other way Had a short consort But she would not abort Had to bid him “Go away!” There a moral to the tale, trust me Can’t be what you want to be If you do what others say You’ll be busy very day Trying to please every fool you see. Got to stick with the Word above Speak the Truth as you practice love. Don’t do what others say At the end of the day You’ll be snug as a hand in a glove.
