Judges 7

When Gideon beat those Midianites They fled to Bethshittah Getting’ whipped by God’s humble people Makin’ ’em look with wonder and awe! Had to flee that heavenly spanking! Got to go;  those tent pegs yanking! Need a brand new place to abide From those mighty victors got to hide! Time to run without spear or knife Top priority is your own life! Run with all your might for protection, Then look to God for new direction, And on the road you keep your cool; Don’t be someone else’s fool You belong to God; know He’s the boss! Count all those things, even life for a loss To gain that life with Him forever Take up another counsel?  No, never!
