Like a Hurricane Washing Over Me! Indeed, His grace is sovereign; Left to ourselves, no one would choose Him! Give, then, pure, unadulterated thanks! No credit to you for a decision; You are a product of His election And you weren’t a choice selection. (Who knows why He chose you?) You are left in awe and pure gratitude, Not to wallow in common pulchritude. He chose you for some reason unknown And by His grace you have grown. Yours is to be a lucrative product Of His unwavering, amazing mercy, Bringing forth, then, fruit for his pleasure. It is His glory which is your treasure.
