Why has “The Church” failed to excommunicate this mega heretic?

(“Now dat doh make no see-ance!” as some observers might remark. Excommunication is for heretics and unrepentant sinners!  Yes, and Biden, the un-equivocating advocate of the abortion holocaust, is both.  So why the dereliction in carrying out the verdict?) 

The fact that he is member (in good standing) of the “Holy Roman Catholic Church” and thereby taking of the sacrament (eating the Lord’s Supper, for you uninformed Protestants)  or the “sacrament of the Church” (as the Orthodox have it) is disgusting ( as in anathema!).

How do Romanists, of any sort, tolerate his membership?  The failure of the Pope, bishops, and parish priests to excommunicate this openly unrepentant sinner is disgusting!   I am sick to think that I have relatives (children and grandchildren) in fellowship – eating “body and blood” of our “Messiah” – with Joe Biden! 

Yuk!

The longer he continues is this condition, as an unrepentant advocate of child-slaughter (murder!), the greater the guilt for those who associate with him. The Roman Catholic church has demonstrated a patent failure to administer due discipline. (Joe and the Church are all deep in the doo! Dig?)

P.s.

On the other hand, were the Romanists to buck up and dutifully excommunicate Biden, lots of folks would be tempted to join up! I could almost bind my conscience and swear allegiance to the Pope!
