Onward for His Glory We Press

There will be no sorrow in heaven But will there be levels of joy? Will we reflect upon the good things Done here while laden with the sin That infected the whole world? The work of the Spirit in us His people, each one and all? Yes, with one another we’ll have a ball With each of us who answered the call. But we will well know that all good deeds Done for the world or personal needs Were done by His power and lead And that though we planted a seed He sent the rain and watered it well That we with good deeds might swell. Onward, then, for His glory we press Paying no mind to the trouble and stress.
