(2 Sam 21: 10f.)
Rizpah was the daughter of Aiah And Aian was a concubine of Saul. (11) She took a sackcloth and some ashes And she lay right on the ground, Waitin’ around to be found. (10) Well, the news got around to David. He buried those bones in Zela. (14) Put ’em in a grave of a guy names Kish, The father of Saul; ’twas David’s wish. Now, the Philistines were at war, don’t ya know, (15) And David was gettin’ kinda weary. (Fightin’ all the time gets you dreary!) Now a kinsman of Goliath named Ishi-benob Had a big old spear he could lob: (16) Three hundred shekels of bronze in weight And oh, he was full of some hate! But Abishai struck him right down (17) And Elharan put Lahmi in the ground. (19) These fellahs were strong, don’t you know! Had this six fingers and six toes! (20) But those four sons of Goliath went dead; David and his men put an end to their dread. (22)
