Songs Are To Be Sung

Songs are to be sung When triumphs are won, But also in the mourning; Yes, in times of sorrow We may sing those dirges Wailing for what might have been. Regrets there will always be Until from sin we are free; That never ending Curse Afflicting until we do die. For us He was hung up high, Triumphantly put in the tomb, But the demons met their doom, In death for Him there was no room. Could not keep Him there who came From heaven to earth to reign. And He rules this planet even now; Believe that!  He’s comin’ on clouds. And those who refuse to be ready, Thinkin’ they’re all fine an’ steady, Gonna find out what’s what on that Day! From Him no one runs away; He can judge as well as He can save.
