The Buffoonery of the Renegade

So . . . you want to judge God’s Word, Rather than let it judge you! Hmm.  That’s what you want to do? Well, “Good luck with that!” as they say. You know you really lost your way When you put yourself above His standard And reckon that you can this world hazard Without the guidance given by the Maker! Without a recipe what makes a baker? You need that guidance from the One and Only Who knows all, is triune, and never lonely. Jesus, to be sure, is not the friend Of unrepentant sinners.  So get it straight! He is the Judge as well as the Savior. Repent, believe, and obey so on that Day You may be spared the fate of the fray Always looking for the fun in every way.
